Sim card shown but service disabled

Coltar15

So in my galaxy s7 my simcard is shown that it is recognized but texting fails, mobile data doesnt work, and calling sends me to a verizon bot. Right before this happend i used my simcard to activate an iphone 6 that i reset and sold to a friend without the sim card. Any ideas on how to fix it?
