Discord & G633 Loud Static Problem.

Hello,

     My friend just bought the G633 Gaming headsets from Logitech. They work nice and all but the problems we have run into is the mic picks up way to much stuff around him (even with noise cancellation feature on. The main problem that we are having is we whenever he put his mic on mute to go do something is his mic will start making this annoying static sound in discord and it's not like constant it's like there for like 3 seconds and then is gone for 5-10 seconds and then does it again. I've looked around and like the internet is the problem seems to be very hard to find. If anyone can help please post it. 

 

 His computer runs Windows 8 or 8.1 (I'm

not for sure I do know it Windows 8 tho.) and "can't ever update it to windows 10" and doesn't want to update to windows 10. So Updating and or flashing the computer isn't an option he is willing to take.
