What is the cheapest webcam you guys would recommend that has decent picture quality?

I am wanting a webcam for making video's and mabye some twitch streaming,but i don't have a lot of spare money right now so it needs to be as cheap as possible,and i can get a better one at income tax time,i just need something decent enough to get me through till then.

 

What would suggest?

I got my logitech B910 for like £20 used. 

 

look for B9xx series Logitech ones, they are business instead of consumer grade and for some reason are cheaper used.
