They all seem the same, the 1ms thing makes no difference

No IPS panels there though...

I would go for the largest one, and if You don't care, specifically want 28in whatever just get the last one on the list

Shipping sucks

Are you in a huge hurry? Black Friday/Cyber Monday are coming up soon and I am sure there will be some deals for a 4k IPS monitor round those sizes, thats what I am waiting for as I just built a 4k rig and want a 4k monitor, right now running on 1440p. Here is one 4k IPS monitor within that price range if you don't mind not having a stock adjustable stand.

All it comes down to is if you have the hardware to do either 1440p and/or 4k. I have a 1440p panel and I love it but I would love a 4k panel though my hardware such as my GPU would struggle with 4k gaming.

I love 1440p but I am like you and am upgrading to 4k Monitor, as I have seen firsthand builds with them and they look great. I have the 1080 gtx and depending on the specs of the 1080 TI I will either upgrade to that single card, if it can handle 60fps at 4k as the gtx 1080 right now on maxed graphics at 4k native gets about 45-55 fps depending on the title, or go sli with two 1080. Just remember whether its TN or IPS, there are no 4k monitors that go above 60 hz meaning the most FPS you can get is 60 due to the refresh rate restriction.

i dont think the hardware will be a  issue. my new set up will be running a 1070 sea hank and im getting a second 1070 soon. from what ive seen two 1070 can push 4k.

that will be fine.

If you want high FPS and still have high res texture a 1440p 144hz panel is one way to go. You will be fine with SLI 1070's
