PC Build for architecture Student

Hi, my friend asked me to build them a PC for them. They are studying architecture at university and need a PC for their studies. They will be using the following programs for their studies,

Revit

Rhino

Adobe Suite

AutoCAD

I have a budget of around 2000 AUD (1500 USD, 1960 CAD) to work with although this budget is flexible. I also need a monitor as well. As I am a gamer and an Engineering Student I do not know much about these programs and what whether they are CPU intensive or GPU intensive etc... I don't know how much of the budget to allocate to specific parts. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you for taking your time to read this post.
