Lg g4 downgrade from 6.0 to 5.x

I have lg g4 from tmobile and I really want downgrade to 5.x Battery life is a joke right now. I even didn't install new software. It did itself without my permission. I just woke up and had 6.0...

Is there any instruction how to do it?

Same thing happened to me. Go to XDA and youll need to reflash an older stock rom. i'm tempted to do it too because my battery life took a massive hit even after wiping the phone.
