Thoughts on a 1000€ PC build.

A friend requested a pc build for another friend. This is what i came up with tho i didnt have a whole lot info to work on (all i know is he doesnt care about having a cd player). Give me your thoughts please, especially on the gpu and case. Is it ok to recommend an aio cooled gpu to a non enthusiast? Also do you foresee any issues with its installment into the selected case? Not really looking for parts recommendations just comments however if you cant help yourself please use the computeruniverse site when giving recommendations. Thanks!

He was talking about plugging the parts into PCPartpicker, it just makes things easier to work with.

CPU: Just get the i5-6500. The 6600 has a mere 100MHz clock boost, and costs $25 more.

Memory: If you don't need 16GB of memory, you can drop down to a single 8GB kit.

GPU: For 1080P gaming, an R9 390 non-X is enough. And it doesn't matter how it's cooled or who deserves what kind of GPU cooler, as long as the cooler itself keeps the card cool.

Case: As long as the thing holds all the components together well, I'm fine with literally anything. xD

That being said, Corsair cases are good.

Everything else on the build looks good.

The problem is that this is an nVidia product and scoring any nVidia product a "zero" is also highly predictive of the number of nVidia products the reviewer will receive for review in the future.

I wasn't wrong. It's extremely rare that I am. I provided sources as well. Different devs can disagree. Further, we now have confirmed discrepancy from Twitter about he use of the pre-release 1080 driver in AMD's demo despite the release 1080 driver having been out a week prior.

You apparently haven't seen his responses to questions on YouTube. He is very condescending and aggressive in his comments with which there is little justification. He acts totally different in his videos. I don't necessarily care for this content style and there is nothing really unique about him or his channel. His endless dick jokes and toilet humor are annoying as well.
