Upload a photo quickly to all social medias

I'm looking for a program, application or service that makes it easy to share the photos via social medias that I use.
I use: Instagram, Facebook, Flickr, 500px and Pinterest.

umm post your pics in flickr gallery and provide a link on all the rest of them

I know you can upload photos with instagram to facebook and flicker but i am not sure if you can do pinterest at the same time
