How can i use my Xbox One Elite Controller on PS4?

Hi, so im planning to switch from Xbox One to PS4 for CoD. I want to use my Elite Controller on PS4 without getting a Scuf because it has the paddles and makes my accuracy better (and i like the xb1 controller for FPS games).  I heard theres a device that can do it. How can i do it and what do i need exactly? will it work good with no lag and the paddles will work right? Thanks
