Is Windows 98 a Plug and Play OS?

Just curious, I got a Dell running Windows 98, and I am curious if I should disable plug and play in the BIOS. Does Windows 98 have plug and play support or no?

Yes it is. Remember the plug&play scanner fail during beta presentation?

Yes it is. Microsoft PnP was implemented in Win95. You're gonna get lot of issues if you turn it off but keep hotswapping USB devices.

I don't remember this, as I way busy learning to walk at the time. Do you happen to have a link to a video?
