Timings/voltage are exactly the same but they use different chips.
FB2K2 - 1Gb x 8
FBK2 - 512Mb x 16
No idea which is "better". Theoretically, 8-chips module is a tiny bit more reliable/stable but IMHO there's no difference unless we are talking some bleeding edge LN2 stuff.

Oh, and btw Kingston's price is exactly the same (my company is a distri) so any difference in price you see is superfluous.

Hello! I was curious about this question as I'm looking to buy RAM and wanted to understand the difference also. So to complete this thread:

Kingston's naming convention works as follows:

K2/16 = Dual Rank

2K2/16 = Single Rank
2K2/16-SLV  = Single Rank + Sleeved in packaging for retail and oddly enough, cheaper than the 'unsleeved'. 

Dual rank is superior as it allows for better interleaving within the memory module. For more information and reading, here's a good article discussing the differences.
