SSD Cache?

Is is worth it to have an ssd cache drive in a freenas box? Whats the optimal size? Would I see a benefit when loading videos for my plex or transferring movie/ picture files?

No benefit. Unless you're using 10GbE networking equipment, then the network is going to be a much bigger limitation than the drives.
