Buying new server with G3852

Hey! I`m gonna buy a new server soon, with the following specs:
Intel Pentium G3258 and a Asus B85M-G. Will it be powerfull enough to run Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard as a NAS and WDS server?

It`s the only thing the server will do for the moment, maybe I`ll set it up as a domain server too.

Yup that will be more than enough for what you require.

Okey, thank you for quick answer! I`m planning to upgrade from the Quad Q9400 and P5P43TD/USB3 :)
