.NET Framework 3.5 on Windows 10

I cannot get .NET framework to install. Windows Update tells me it can't find the file. When I run the DISM command (with admin permissions) that I found in many forums, i get this:

C:\Windows\system32>DISM  /Online  /Enable-Feature  /FeatureName:NetFx3  /All  /LimitAccess  /Source:G:\sources\sxs

Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool
Version: 10.0.10586.0

Image Version: 10.0.10586.0

Enabling feature(s)
[==========================100.0%==========================]

Error: 2

The system cannot find the file specified.

The DISM log file can be found at C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log

Here is the log file.

I'd appreciate any help possible. My older games will thank you.

If you install it from Programs & Features, what error do you get?

Win+X > Programs and Features > Turn Windows feature on or off > Check the box ".NET Frameowrk 3.5" > OK.

You can also trip it by trying to install it via the exe from MS's site.
