click your picture in the top right corner, account settings

there you will find it at top

I feel stupid for just asking this and chances are I've looked right at it and missed it, but how does one set up their signature? I can't seem to find anyway to set mine.

Click on your portrait at the top right, and select "Account Settings." Once there, it's the fourth tab from the left, and reads "Signature."

Wow, the worst part is, is that I did look there but got sidetracked and added my steam account.
