Which connecter to use? Does it make a difference?

Savir

So I'm wondering which connecters I should use with my monitor. I have a D-Sub and HDMI on my monitor and a HDMI, a Display port, a DVI-D, and DVI-I on my GPU. Which one can and should I use? I'm leaning towards HDMI. Thoughts?

Use HDMI to HDMI. You don't need a converter or anything.

Digital is best if you can do it. Never use D-Sub (VGA) if you can help it.

Digital is HDMI, Displayport, or DVI-D. Analog is D-Sub (VGA) and DVI-I

That's a 1080p 60Hz monitor so it doesn't matter at all.

If you care about colour reproduction though I think digital (anything but VGA) has an advantage

Almost as cool as my temps

Yeah that what I was thinking. Thanks.
