.exe files HELP PLS

Hi, so i am having an issue opening the windows media creation tool, everytime i open it it shows me to open with other programs, but this is a .exe file so idk what to do, one thing is that it onluy happens with this *.exe file. Help me pls

Haha, seen this problem before on a customer's computer, except things were opening with Windows Media Center :P

 

idk how I solved it but I think I restored it or re-set all parameters in Default Programs.

this happens with all exe files?

Do you have antivirus?

no it just happens w/ windows media creation tool

and yes i have antivirus Malwarebytes and Baidu
