New build, Temp problems

Been monitoring my temps with hwmonitor, and speed fan , both reading the same values. tz00 temp however says 120c, but tz01 says 27c, and all others 27c to 30c at idle.

Wondering if that tz00 temp could possibly be right. everything seems nice and cool in the case. everything is cool to the touch. not sure exactly what that temp reading actually is. any info would be appreciated..

specs;

corsair 750wat ps

asus h81m-e

i5 4460 stock cooler

gigabyte gtx770

8gb ram

Motherboard sensor saying the wrong readout is normal. As long as you can physically feel the components and they aren't as hot as the read out says your fine. Kind of a phantom sensor.
