Have you got a G-Sync monitor? It won't work if you don't have one.

vSync should fix it, have you turned it on in the Nvidia control panel?

We're you getting a constant 60fps when using v-sync? We're you using a g-sync monitor?

Try to limit your FPS to a multiple of 60, the highest one that keeps stable. There should be no tearing if the framerate is in sync with the monitor's refresh rate
