Commercial OEM :)

 

Edit: I actually have 100% no clue what the difference between COEM and OEM is but the C stands for Commercial...

Wow I actually didn't think of that. So basically this is just another version of win8, nothing special.

As far as i'm aware it's just an OEM version of win8 (that being said I'm not 100% sure)

Perhaps somethings different with the licencing? a commercial license key or something? i dunno...

But the end experience for the user would be the same, right?

again i'm not 100% sure but i can't imagine it being any different :)

 

Edit: I just read over the details in the link you posted and as far as i can tell its just a normal OEM version....
