Best fan controller, any reasonable budget (Corsair Air Fans)

Hello, I just want to say that I love my Corsair fans. I don't care that they get loud, or don't push the most amount of air for the money, but they make me happy, and that's all that matters. What I don't like is the software my ASRock motherboard comes with, its just not precise enough for fine tuning when I want silence or performance. That being said, I am looking for a precise fan controller that meets all of the following criteria:

 

1. Must be able to control at least 5, if not more fans.

2. Adjusting the fan speed must be easy.

3. It must be compatible with Corsair fans (I will explain)

4. Dual slots would be the max, single preferred if possible.

5. A reasonable price, if its expensive and is worth it, I might get it.

 

Now, the last fan controller that I had (and use in another build) was the NZXT Sentrey Mesh 5 Slider Controller but it had a serious problem. When trying to adjust the speed of a corsair fan to about half, it would make a loud humming noise, something that doesn't happen on any other fan I own. I belive it has to do with not being able to supply enough power to each fan, but I am still not sure. So if anyone has one of these fans and a controller, or you know of a good one, what would you recommend?

This one? Which fans are you using, and do you use the low noise adapters?

Non-pwm? For about 20 dollars, I would give it a shot, and if it doesn't work, hell I could put it on another computer and sell it. Thanks.
