Applications without admin password

My IT guy has left the building (along with his knowledge of the admin password) and the guy before me on my shift essentially bricked our work pc with all of our applications on it. so I am stuck here.

 

 

Buddy before me got "Internet Security - designed to protect" on my computer. one of those fake malicious anti virus programs.

 

I'm trying out this http://malwaretips.com/blogs/interent-security-designed-to-protect-virus/ guide to get it this off the computer but without admin access I can't run the first suggested  program RKill.

 

 

Is there any way I can fix this without the admin password? or am I going to have to mail a bunch of people invoices tomorrow..

I've used a program called "passcafe", very successfully, once but I can't seem to find it online anymore :\

you may have better luck finding it.
