Notebook wireless and ethernet both not working

My notebook can connect to networks wirelessly and through Ethernet (I have tried it on multiple networks), and it Has "No internet access."

Any advice?

- Go to your command prompt (start > cmd).

- Type "ipconfig /release"

- Type "ipconfig /renew"

 

See if that helps.

Broken Network drivers ?!

try reinstalling the WLAN driver and the LAN driver see if that helps after you've done Ssoeles idea :)
