Bypass blocked-website.com, openDNS

Hello!

 

So recently my friend told me that her ex boyfriend have blocked all sorts of porn sites, and proxies.. -

I have checked the settings in the router if parental control was enabled, it wasn't

 

So I Googled "www.blocked-website.com" and found it to be a part of openDNS, is there some voodoo-magic to disable it? or is that up to the ex-boyfriend?

I think the sites are blocked with hosts file.

C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc

Set a Static DNS, 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4. OpenDNS hijacks the website when it sees site.com/etc.
