Reset BIOS password on hp probook 4525s

I was trying to run an app through an emulator, and i wanted to enable VT, when i went to the bios config, i got prompted with the password check; i have set it up a long time ago but i forgot it, i tried checking the usual passwords i use but nothing, is there any way to actually bypass the password check without working directly on the motherboard?

Try to reset the bios like that first, if this doesn't work try method 2.
