Is this a good power supply?

I have recently had the need for a new power supply, I was previously running a Corsair one which lasted me a good while, but I am in need of a new one, and I was just wondering if EVGA was a good brand, I know cheating out on the power supply a little is generally a bad idea but this one seems to have good enough reviews and is rated with enough wattage for my pc:

(500W) option, maybe 600 just because it’s a couple extra bucks

My budget is less than 100 dollars, if possible under 80-90

what's your total budget for this build? 95$ for an external HDD is pretty expensive

you can easily get a txm or an rmx unit which will be a lot better than the cx and the br

get an rm550x or a t550m  or an MWE unit.

I bought this a while ago when I was using my laptop for gaming but didn’t have enough space in it.
