Threaded optimization- on or off?

For games that use 1 core for the game engine like CSGO for example, you leave it disabled.

 

For games that can utilize up to 8 cores you can turn it on.

 

The last option is to leave it on auto, some games will turn this feature on automatically.

 

If you enabled it and the game runs poorly, put it to disabled and not auto.

hey guys, i have a gtx 1660 super and i5 4460 sud i turn on Threaded optimization or not and why?
