Weird System_Service_Exception BSOD

I get that System_Service_Exception BSOD sometimes and I have no clue how to fix it and it's just pure annoying. Today it happened as the PC recognized a USB device. before that it happend another time after logging into Win10, when I remove the USB Stick everything worked properly again.

 

My PC: Windows 10 64bit (no OEM), system built in may 2018, OS installed on 25.12.2020, CPU: 8600K, GPU: Strix 1070ti, Motherboard: TUF Z370-plus gaming, modular 500w cougar PSU

[Edit: this is a problem with the driver of the USB device]
