My Macbook 2015 cannot install OS on internet recovery

Guys, my macbook won't install MacOs no matter what i do. I was thinking I should go with a bootable USB method. Where can I download MacOs using Windows?

Also, does it show any reasons as to why it won't install it? That might also be helpful for people who have experience with macOS.

how did you boot to internet recovery? command+r or command+option+r? you need to use command+option+r as that will give you the latest macOS version.
