i was playing gta 5  online , but suddenly power got cut so when it came back , i started the game again , but it was saying need to install first like why it need to install 91 gb again, like whole game again and  its say  steam://rungameid/271590 when i go to properties

 

please help i dont want to download 91 gb data again

If you right click GTA V (in your steam library) and select properties and head to local files tab, are you able to click the verify game files button?

Try starting to install it. Steam looks first the existing files and only downloads things its missing.
