MY AUDIO IS CRAZYYY

im having a issue with my motherboard msi b450m pro-m2 max or audio idk yet, ive tried change my drivers, tried another pc with my headset in it to make sure its working properly.

ive just bought new rx 5600 xt and ive plug it in into motherboard and ive made sure everything is perfectly plugged in ive turned it on and sound went craaazy from my monitor, after that ive plugged in my headphones and tried to talk but my voice is now like a chipmunk and everything sounds different then before ive plugged gpu in.. i think ive did something with a audio boost on motherboard but  i dont know what else to do so im here, i tried our national fb group with 30k people but still 0 progress.. please help me :O,
