Which GPU to buy new with $250 (Canadian Dollard) ?

Let's write on the first line beacause I got rickrolled.

And the second line for the same reason.

I wanted to know what graphics card I should buy now for $250 (Excludind taxes).

Thanks in advance.

If you can go a bit higher, the Vega 56 is quite nice. If you can't then go for the 1660 or 1650 Super.
