AAA titles sales?

Bruh1

Hello everyone.

I'm looking forward to the release of RE3 remake in a week but I don't have 60 bucks at the moment, how long do AAA titles usually take to go on sale on steam?

Edit: pirating the game is not really an option in my country cause a friend of mine got a whopping 700$ fine when he pirated a recently released AAA title

it depends. the norm is a couple months, but there have been times where games can get discounted a few weeks after launch.

if you're interested, RE3 is on sale via pre-order on PC

I see , I always tend to buy games on these key selling sites which tend to be much cheaper.

Will see how it goes after launch maybe these sites lower their prices a bit more, I'm willing to pay like 30-35 max , I don't wanna starve in this pandemic cause i bought a video game LOL.

Thanks for the insight.

Edit: I didn't know these sites have keys even before release , how tf is that even possible ?

Sounds like Germany...

Anyway i usually wait a year or two for prices to go down then i buy them from legit CD key sites like CDKeys,

with this strategy i can buy 4 or 5 AAA titles for $60.

I'm too excited for this game I don't think i can wait 1 year, I played original RE3 like crazy when I was a kid and the Remake looks GREAT from the demo.

I'll just buy it for 40$ when it releases , who cares

Sorry to hear about your pirating issues, makes me want to cry for you and your friend :(

For example Steam is having sales all the time now, just be patient and add what you want to Wishlist so you get notified if prices drop.
