New Windows 10 Update ruined my internet

I'm not sure what exactly happened, but my computer updated to the most recent Windows 10 update and ever since I'm having dire internet problems. Since yesterday, I can only load a couple web pages before I lose internet connection and I have to right click my internet status and click troubleshoot and wait a minute before the internet works again. I'm on a PC and I have 2 WiFi adapters (Ethernet not possible with my configuration) and both of them give me the same issues. I tried uninstalling the adapter's drivers with no prevail. Any ideas? Any one relate?

If so, could you provide guidance on how to do so? I've never needed to go back an update.

I do not know, but I am sure a simple search would reveal the answer.

I have just started with W10 so I am just dealing with the scummy things ms do to open up backdoors to spy on me.
