Low FPS high temperatures and 3500mhz (all my memory) being used up

About 2 days ago I restarted my pc and was greeted by incredibly low FPS (10-20) when playing battlefront 2. A game where I normally get 50-80 constant. I looked at my ASU’s gaming centre and the temperatures of my cpu and gpu were both 85+ and my gpu had used all its memory (3500 MHz) the ram was fine and wasn’t all being used. Please someone help me I’m getting worried. I havnt been able to play anything
