My Movie Problem:

I'm making a movie. It's in a 16:9 aspect ratio, which I don't want. I want to change it to 21:9. Can I do it on Windows? If so, what editors and softwares do I use?

You can use DaVinci Resolve for free for movie editing, compositing, color matching, and other such editing functions, including cropping.
