Google music questions

I'm not planning on getting a new phone anytime soon, but my one and only frustration is the fact that when I do, I have to reorganize all my music into the specific order I like it in. It's not a big deal, it's only 70ish songs, but is there a way to potentially save the order that the songs are in, so that I can save myself some time? I don't really feel like bothering with a  music streaming service, no offense

You are describing playlist function. I don't have Play Music installed so I can't check if it has that. But every mudic or media player I've used has had ability to create, save, import/export playlist where songs are in the order you want.
