Surface Book Original Realtek Audio Drivers?

Renton577
Go to solution Solved by Mentu,

There wont really be a difference in sound quality, drivers are just there for you Operrating System to talk to your Hardware, most of the sound differences come from the hardware itself, DACs, AMPs. Headphones, etc...

If you want the drivers from realtek, just download the latest drivers that have the same OS Bit version as yours and you should be good to go.

Does anyone know where I can get the straight from realtek audio drivers for the original surface book?

Wouldnt you just get it with the windows update since its a surface book? If not, go to microsoft and download the drivers there.

You can also just go to Realteks own website and just download the drivers from there.

Thanks for the info, I was looking more on the Realtek sight because I didnt want all the extra stuff the Microsoft one comes with and to see if there was a difference in sound quality but I didnt know which driver it was from the Realtek site.
