AirMessage multiple users

I know that AirMessage works. But, that only allows 1 user as far as i'm aware. However, it is possible that if we set up multiple user accounts on a mac, we can get multiple airmessage servers running so that my friends can also get the benefits of being blue bubble? or is it 1 AirMessage server per machine?
