2 diffierent GPUs for 2 1080p monitors 1 1440p will it work?

Hey Guys

At the moment i have a GTX 1080 for 3 1080p 60hz monitors, everything is good at the moment.

What i want to do is replace the middle monitor for a 1440p 144hz monitor and also get a RXT 2070.

So that the 1440p monitor will be powered by the RTX 2070 and the 2 1080p monitors are powered by the GTX 1080.

Will having 2 different GPUs work fine connected to 1 motherboard?

Will the basic stuff like having the mouse move across all the screens and moving windows across the screens work fine/ the same as before?

Will windows play nice with 1 screen being 1440p and the other 2 being 1080p

Please tell me your answers and thoughts, thanks.

Yup! I had something similar to this for some time. On AMD cards, but team green handles this just as well as AMD.

Thats because the Screen management and crap is done mostly by Windows.

And you got Win10, right? On 7 I had problems with this stuff

Dragging stuff across screens will be fine unless it’s being decoded. Like watching YouTube and switching devices. Nothing major just stuff I noticed.
