New battery wont reach max capacity.

Hey guys. recently I replaced my original Google Pixel battery with so called original replacements. The original battery is 2770 mAh the new one also. The problem is that since replacing the battery by ussing AccuBattery in the health tab i see that the max capacity the new battery can reach is 1717 mAh. Any clues is the battery faulty or i can do something about this?

Use something like a USB Amper Meter. Never trust apps.

Try reinstalling the app, i agree it isnt the best but ive had a similar issue where it said my battery was on 344% health and reinstalling it fixed it

No. I send them the battery because I ordered it. But I ordered the only battery i could find on my local market. I would say my battery is really fault because yesterday my phone shut down on around 65% and on turn on it was only on 2%. And after this my phone was really stuck in a bootloop. I even couldn't enter in recovery mode. And this is only 18 days of using the new battery. Right now I managed to boot it somehow. The battery was 3%, I connected to the charger and it restart itself. After reboot the battery was 25%, another restart then 27% and on the next restart 23%.Now it's charging but it was constantly reseting before reaching higher percentage.
