Is the 1650 max-q worth it and how much would the performance be affected?

Motherboard tier list. Tier A for overclocking 5950x. Tier B for overclocking 5900x, Tier C for overclocking 5800X. Tier D for overclocking 5600X. Tier F for 4/6 core Cpus at stock. Tier E avoid.

(Also case airflow matter or if you are using Downcraft air cooler)

Gpu tier list. Rtx 3000 and RX 6000 not included since not so many reviews. Tier S for Water cooling. Tier A and B for overcloking. Tier C stock and Tier D avoid.

( You can overclock Tier C just fine, but it can get very loud, that is why it is not recommended for overclocking, same with tier D)

It's expected to be up to around 20-25%, based on the advertised specification alone. Though you may be able to tweak it so it can push past the slower clocks depending on how good the cooling system of the laptop is.

1650 maxq is honestly only appropriate for those new 13inch ultrabooks with dGPUS. A 15 inch chassis should be able to cool a full 1650 (laptop)

and it goes without saying that 1650 (laptop) 1650 maxq
