i7 8750H energysaving / throttlestop issue

PeterX7

I used Throttlestop and set -100.6mv offset for both cpu core and cache, however after i set it, no matter what my "powerplan" is in the energysaving windows tab, my cpus are running at 3.9Ghz non stop, how can "set it back" to adaptive (like when im using world dont run at 3.9ghz).

I also set Speed Shift EPP to 0, but in the video that introduced the application the guy could modify the powerplan in the windows to not max out the cores.

Edit: okay i found out Speed Shift EPP shouldnt be at 0 in order to have low freqency, however I still dont understand the PP0 and other settings.

Can somebody give a 8750h compatible info about the TPL settings, and also how to balance between performance and energysaving?
