Gpu Usage problem

Hello there guys! Recently i have  a problem with my gpu. I bought a 1080ti (second hand) and since i installed it on my pc ,after a while it's start to keep the constant memory and gpu usage at MAX....
Also that causing me a problem to play any games ,cause sometime the frame drop drastically and recovering again.The other problem is even if i dont play anything and just turn on my Pc,after few minutes the card start to use the maximum potential even if nothing is running at background ....Please i need help! Please name the other components in your system, we need the configuration to be able to help.

 

Without that info, I can only recommend running a scan for malware because a coin miner troyan horse can tax the GPU.

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware or Emsisoft Emergency Kit.

First thing delete GPU Tweak II. Then clear CMOS. Then download DDU and start in Safe mode (you can choose to restart in safe mode, when opening the program. Delete nvidia drivers. restart - install nvidia drivers (I can recommend this one, I have a 1080 ti) https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverResults.aspx/154342/en-us20896

Cpu- intel i7 7700k
Ram- Corsair vengance pro 32bg (3200mhz 2 x16)
Cooler master 212 - cpu cooler
Samsung Evo 860 - 500gb (system location)
Seagate Baracuda- 2 TB (everything else)
Corsair fans on Case 140 and 120 mm


I run the malware -there is no treads ...
