NEW BUILD FOR GAMING, VIDEO EDITING, RENDERING

Hi Guys

 

I'm looking for some advice, I am  helping building mi sister her new pc. She works in vfx studio, and sometimes she has to work from home.

She is currently buying pieces of hardware from a list i gave her, but we are stuck on the case. We want a mid tower atx case that is compatible with this pieces of hardware and also has air filters

 

AMD RYZEN 3700x 8 cores procesor

Corsair AIO Cooler h100i v2

rxt 2060 super or 2070 super (havent decided yet)

Corsair Vengance LPX  32GBkit (4x8GB)  ddr4 ram 3200mhz

ASus AM4 TUF GAming X570 PLUS ATX MOTHERBOARD

SEASONIC FOCUS PLUS 750W 80+ GOLD CERTIFIED

CORSAIR FORCE MP510 1TB NVME SSD (BOOT DRIVE)

WESTERN DIGITAL BLACK 3.5' 4TB HDD (STORAGE)

MAYBE SOME LED RGB STRIPS FOR MORE POWER (LOL) AND A CORSAIR COMMANDER PRO (IF WE HAVE TO ADD MORE FANS TO THE CASE)

 

But we want a case that we can fit all of that but is also reliable, i want some options between 100 150 USD

And if you have some advice or changes to our build, they're also welcome

i got a SilverStone Primera PM01 RGB Edition Case Matte Black and removed the front RGB fans for my watercooling radiator (360mm) and everything fit nicely into it, although it is quite a large case and probably not needed by most, it also has 3 x 3.5 hdd slots (not sure about ssd drives as i use an m.2 but i do believe it also has 2 of them)

it cost me $170 aud though which is like $120 usd

would recommend the fractal design define r6. 8 months of constant use, not very regular cleaning. just opened it up to add more drives in there 2 weeks ago and voila nearly no dust in there at all. almost everything was caught on the easily air filters, comes with great 140mm fans too.

 

Consider getting a 2x16GB kit of ram instead, so she can easily upgrade to 64gb if needed (with enough particles and fluids in houdini it will use 64GB of ram or even more)

consider a rx5700/5700xt as well

go for 2x16gb ram

go for a corsair tx or rx series
