MC Modpack Server with Raspberry Pi 4?

So i was thinking about creating a mc modpack server with my Raspberry pi 4. And my question is, is the pi 4 B powerfull enough to run a mc Server with a Modpack?

4GB Ram and ARM-Cortex-A72 4X 1,50 Ghz.

Depends entirely on what mods are in the pack, however, I don't foresee the Raspberry Pi running many mods all too well.

what would your recommend other than a pi?
