dathost.net competitive server

I want to set up a competitive server for me and my classmates and i want do do it using dathost.com for low ping but i don't know how to install a knife round plugin. I was wondering if anyone could help.

There's actually automated thing for that? Back in the old days admin would just restart round after knife round.
