Change window boot logo

I need help! 
I have hp notebook 15-ay190nia. I have to change its boot logo. Bios are legacy. 
This medhod is not working due to 7 zip issue(it says RC Data_1.wim is read only).
Linus please make a video on it. 
Or any member please help me.
