How do I use a RCA 10.1 tablet LCD as a portable HDMI monitor

Hello I wanted to know if it's possible to make a portable HDMI monitor with a tablet LCD screen my tablet is a RCA Viking pro 10.1 with lvds on the back but I was just wondering if I buy a HDMI controller board would it work thanks.

 

Maybe I can use this kind of LCD controller board and I noticed it doesn't have the buttons so I ordered
