Mi Pad 4 LTE Global ROM

Hi guys,

 

I just ordered the Mi Pad 4 LTE version. Does anyone know where I can download the global ROM + instructions to install it?

Yes, I know that you can sideload the Play Store, but it doesn't work very well according to some forums I've read.

 

If there is no global ROM available, what ROM do you recommend?

I have never owned or used a Xiaomi tablet. I am not involved in any of the links provided or anything related to XDA, rom or software development.

Can I immediately flash the newest build, or do I need to check which version is on the tablet and flash the closest version and update afterwards?
